Cooking Project...Chipotle Chicken
For this dinner I let Mackenzie, my little brother chose the menu. He decided he wanted chicken marinated in a chipotle sauce with mashed potatoes and green beans. I was a little worried that chipotle sauce and mashed potatoes wouldn't go together but it was surprisingly good!
